My respectful suggestion is you read the literally hundreds of responses in this section telling you that Yahoo! sucks now, and fix it with haste and urgency.

I’m tired of spam calls and my information getting leaked out to third parties.
Why do so many third parties company have my information when it suppose to be private and all those spam calls that I’m receiving got something to do with y’all mess up yahoo changes I want yahoo back to normal and all my information private and not sold to other companies this is ridiculous. Yahoo Mail should be a shame. I’m tired of spam calls.

I can't log into my Yahoo account. Yahoo sign in says 'Sorry, we don't recognize this email."
I am in trouble. I lost another new yahoo account recently. I can't log into my Yahoo account. I know my email address & password, Yahoo sign in says 'Sorry, we don't recognize this email." Then, I am deaf but I cannot phone yahoo mail helpline. I sent message to everyone about my problem, but nobody replies.

Automaticlly jumping to the when trying to log in is really irritating
Its really irritating when you want to log into the website and it keeps opening the app. I had to uninstall it just so i could log into my account to find a settings menu that isn't available in the app

Yahoo have designed a very poor user-interface when it comes to Mail
Yahoo have designed a very poor User Interface when it comes to the new look of Mail. First of all, the typeface is far too light as there is not enough weight on the font to differentiation between the background and the text!
Secondly, Users like myself are finding it impossible to differentiate between the 'unread' mail and the opened mail as the typeface Yahoo have chosen is unsuitable to see what is bold and what is not bold. They have tried to assist by adding a 'blue dot' to indicate an email is unopened, but that is not what…527th ranked -
Contacts Function; Almost Useless; Please Fix!
Your Contacts function is useless! Much of my information has disappeared or can't be accessed. There is no way to edit. Click on edit and there is no way to correct, delete or add information. In other words, it has become useless, since almost all of the time one can't access what is supposed to be there and can't do anything to correct, delete or add information. Fix this. Your Contact function used to be very functional and everything wrong now was ok then. Please fix it!
