    My email account is sending out phishing spam to very old contacts whom I have not corresponded with for a long time. What can I do to stop it? Change password? Thanks.

  2. Why do the same names pop up to fill in every time I type in an address to send?

    I think this is a flaw in the system when the same names pop up no matter whose address I type in the address bar

  6. email takes for ever to load on cel

    yahoo does not work on cel phone hardly at all. I've had yahoo since beginning of time, and this is the first time I have had trouble with opening any email or deleting any email. Takes more then 10 minutes to do anything with yahoo. I'm about to switch to gmail or something else.

  8. This new version seems to have a bug that causes it to run slowly at times.

    The new version seems to run slowly at a times.
    This is an email client it should run quickly even on something like Atom let alone cause a system with a six core CPU and 20 gigs of ram to choke up.

  10. Why have you taken what could be simple format and ruined it by trying to be too cute. The far left column is a waste and I want it off

    I want to look at old posts without having to "turn a "page"
    I want to be able to move, flag, or delete without going all over the page
    Get rid of the column at the far left, it is useless
    I want better access to my contacts, calendar and notes
    The column keep taking up space and have to be collapsed each time
    All these unnecessary boxes are driving more people to gmail
    Kiss... Keep It Simple Stupid Think about the basics of email

  19. Reviewing Past Failures and Applauding New Accomplishments

    CONGRATULATIONS! Yahoo was going down the tubes and I was very close to switching to gmail. These past several years I thought you folks were on your way out. NOW you are finally starting to improve your email user friendliness as should have been done these past several years. In the past your programming staff were idiots in making sure to complicate and inconvenience your members. Somehow you've turned around and are seriously trying to keep your customer base by reverting back to the old Yahoo I remember back 10 yrs ago.
