How can we improve Yahoo Mail?

It was very helpful when I could see ALL the details on my contacts and what lists they{re in. I could add or delete them.right there.

    Finding it difficult to manage several email groups. Cannot list the group, see a listing of the groups, add or delete easily from a group, cannot review entire contact list, cannot list contacts by last name. This pulls a vacuum on the kielbasa!

    I agree. I can no longer create a list or add contacts to a new list. How can I fix this?

    This is a horrible change in Yahoo. We need details on our contacts and to be able to know what list(s) they are on. Please give us back this capability!!!

    There is no way to print out a list and it is time for Christmas.

    The new contacts section is terrible. I cannot add or delete a contact from my BookClub group. It was never easy but has become impossible. Can't you get some computer expert to design a decent Contacts with an easy to use way to create a Group?

    Yahoo keeps trying to re-invent the wheel.
    Put the contact list back as a separate page and not to the right of my mail page.

    Please this is not helpful to see it in such a small space.

    I don't know why I can no longer see whoo the messages are from and I see a star in front of every message there use to be a box like I see on my phone

    Please put the changes back.

    I'm seriously thinking of changing to gmail. I have had this account for a really long time and I really don't want to change, BUT I THINK YOUR FORCING ME TOO!

    I agree. The new contact information set up is TERRIBLE. Difficult to use and impossible to do certain functions.

    I totally agree. I tried to create a list today using the new site and it was nearly impossible. I switched back to the old style and they had a tab for email, contacts, calendar, notes. I was able to do some things in contacts but had to switch back to the new email format to do anything else. I am afraid to try "pro" for fear it is even worst. I am seriously thinking about transitioning at least some to another non-yahoo account.

    New set up totally useless. Changed for the sake of it. Stop clowns interfering with things that work so that they can claim that they have done something.

    switch back to the basic version. voille... contacts appear again. I think I found it as a choice on the bottom of the settings.

    CANNOT SEE MY CONTACT LISTS TO CHANGE INFORMATION OR TO UPDATE CONTACTS.

    NEW WAY NOT USER FRIENDLY, SHOULD BE DELETED!

    GO BACK TO OLD WAY OF DOING THE CONTACT INFORMATION!!

    I do not like the new contact list at all...Very difficult to use my lists and to add or delete contacts. The old way I could keep the contact information but just remove from lists. This new way of doing contacts is NOT user friendly at all.

    I cannot add new names to my Lists or navigate my lists in the new yahoo! I want the old way back. How do I get it back to the old way?
