It was very helpful when I could see ALL the details on my contacts and what lists they{re in. I could add or delete them.right there.

The changes you made to lists are horrible. The old system was so much easier to use. contact to a list? SUCKS

How do I get rid of the pop-up about news on the Home page. Don't want to see news, not interested in Home page AT ALKL.

Please stop this stupid front page news notification box from popping up IN FRONT OF MY EMAIL.
I DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FRONT PAGE. This is only so annoying because it pops up IN MY WAY when trying to check and delete emails. I know no one there cares but this is my last ditch effort before just switching email services entirely.

contact list is a disaster
What did you do to my contact list? I no longer can assign the contact to the list. I no longer can find a person who is in my list. I keep getting strange random e-mails as a suggestion from my contacts. STOP MESSING UP THINGS THAT WORK!

You have screwed up my contact list when you moved it to the right. Every contact is now out of order, no longer listed by last name first. I cannot find how to put my list back in my order(and not yours), or add or subtract contacts. Your young employees who made this change are IDIOTS. They have no common sense or aged experience. I want my contact list the way it was, on the left of the page and listed in the order I had it. This is my sixth complaint. Quit changing things and I do not want…

Suggestion: Don't erase decades of people's emails without warning!
I was very surprised, upset and disappointed to see that all of my emails from approx. 1997 have been deleted! If you could tell me to whom I should address my request that our emails be restored (because I am not the only one who has experienced this recently), I would be very grateful.

Get rid of the popup about what is trending on home page! How intrusive and annoying. At the very least provide an option to opt out. I access my email with the purpose of reading and answering the email and I do not give a hoot of what is trending somewhere.

The lists area, in that section all my contacts are there multiple times. Th OLD system was much better.
My contact lists are so screwed up, that they are unusable, every contact is there multiple times and I can't add or delete names . Why did you have to change what worked so well and go over to this pile out **** you call a PRO ????
