How can we improve Yahoo Mail?

Thanks for the free email but when i was not signed in while out of country, I needed to recover my email but could not

Check the system, after recovering email with passwords and many proof tests, it said recover mail but when you finished the recovery process there is no way to recover me lost mail. That's not too good!!!
