Get rid of mobile phone requirement or provide alternate method
In order to make an account or to update an account, quit asking for a mobile phone --- not everyone has one. Without a mobile phone you cannot advance to the next screen. I don't have a mobile phone -- can't afford it -- the cost of plans are too high. There needs to be another way -- an alternate method. Assuming everyone has a cell phone is wrong. Some people use the library to access their emails --- a matter of costs and limited budgets. Asking for a cell phone number is not equitable access.
