Yahoo does not care. This new version really is the pits. This is a good example that everything new is not necessarily progress but rather regress.

Totally agree that the NEW version is terrible and less functional. New and improved it is not. Just because something is new, does not make it better. This is not an improvement but rather a regression.
Where is trash? Where is spa?. Improve the ability for us to report scams and block scam emails
That left side bar really sucks --- i want to see more without having to scroll or click that tiny arrow for the pop out to see trash and spam.I can't tell which emails I have read and which ones I haven't. That gray shading indicates unread or read emails? I don't need profile picture icons next to each email That's more visual clutter.
Bring back the more streamlined classic version --- it was much better
Allow us to filter emails and to have them automatically forwarded to other emails.

Those circular icons in front of the senders in email need to go or make that optional They add visual clutter and do not add any functionality to the emails. Why in the world do we need them? Just clutter.

At least fix that panel on the left to be the words not the icons. I don't need icons I need the words so more info such as my folders can fit there without having a pop out list which now means I have to waste more time trying to get to what I need.
Get rid of those stupid, and I mean stupid icons to the left of the emails --- what are they supposed to be anyway? Pictures of people? Who cares. It just adds to visual clutter.
New is not necessarily an improvement. In this case it is a regression . How do I know who I answered? Can't tell in this new email format.
Just goes to show, the oldsters when they created interfaces understood FUNCTIONALITY
This is horrible - not functional
I like change,, as long as it makes things better, not worse
