You are deleting legitimate messages. You used to send them to Spam and I could mark them "Not Spam" but I've stopped receiving any spam. At all. And there are email messages - most recently one to help me recover a password, that no matter how often it gets sent, I don't receive it - multiple senders' mail is not arriving any more, even in spam. STOP TRYING TO THINK TOO MUCH. No I don't want spam about Viagra and such, but I 150% want to know how to get that mail about my password recovery.

"Spam" (including the legitimate mail that went to Spam) has dropped from several new a day to zero new per month. It's not going to Trash. TELL ME WHAT YOU'RE DOING WITH IT AND STOP DOING IT.
