I am tired of seeing hack "journalism" constantly being shoved in my face.
I've already tried to cut HuffPost out of my feed, but I keep seeing this trash. Yahoo seriously needs to vet it's sources, as most of what I get is slacktivist "journalism" packed with speculation, assumptions, and opinions instead of objective reporting. I could list many more, but HuffPost is always at the top and in my feed.
Also, these forums as an excuse for customer service is unacceptable. You continue to show disdain for your users as you deny them privacy, and must show their profile and give information to everyone who has nothing to do with issues between Yahoo and their clients. Your platform is a mess.
Between the data breaches you've had in the past, this joke of customer service, the relentless trash journalist narratives you spotlight, while not allowing any dissent or opinions to be made on the trash articles you share is embarrassing. How could anyone at Yahoo think this is okay?
You claim you stop users from commenting to foster a "community," but there is no community. There is what Yahoo deems important, you can't interact with others, and the only way to address issues is to invite everyone to see the problems that should only involve the customers with issues and the "service" you continuously cram down their throats. But hey, now my profile and information is going to be out there for everyone who isn't a failing Yahoo to see.
