Better customer service options.
I have been trying to get into my email on my phone for over a week. The verification codes are being sent to phone numbers I had years ago. The only way I can change this is if I talk to customer service by paying $4.99. Unacceptable!! I mean, there's nlt even an option to send an email which every other company with customer service has. I'm really shocked, like super shocked. At my company I contact multiple vendors on a daily basis and every last one of them from the small (50 employees or less) to the big (500+ employees) has a toll free number AND a customer service email. I just really can't believe a company that has been around for so long doesn't have this setup.

They wouldn't even tell me the amount and then when tried again they said I was locked out and to wait 24 hours. They are terrible to work with.
