I'm lucky to have Google translate
Yahoo select the language based on the place where the person located I believe, which is not logical. I'm in Saudi but NOT a Arabic speaker. It was always disappointed when the things loading in Arabic and help less to understand.

I agree with you. If I didn't have Google translate installed, I would not be able to understand anything from Yahoo's homepage (https://maktoob.yahoo.com/). I tried to type www.yahoo.com but it insisted to go to the Arabic page. There's NOT a single option to change the language to English. Yahoo, I suggest you Do what Google does, it's that simple.
