Couldn't sign in to my email. System kept saying "Try again later." FInally tried making a new password and got signed in. Frustrating! Enervating! The "help" bot just made it worse. Why don't you simply say "It's time for a new password. Password changes are helpful for safety and privacy,"or something like that if that is all that was necessary.
