Agreed! Yahoo is nothing but a bunch of scripted robots. There are no humans anymore. I made a suggestion via email and received the typical automated robotic response. They only pick out key words. Plus they assumed I’m stupid and I’m not. All companies force employees to stick with a specific script no matter the situation and have forgotten how to give a personal response. I for one intend to get rid of my yahoo email and account as long as it’s not tied to something specific that forces me to keep it.
