Real help when people need it
I was signed out of my account and I have tried everything and it won't let me sign back in and I did try login help which was very unhelpful. I need to speak to someone who can help me with my account but unfortunately cannot reach anyone except your ridiculous AI. That is absolutely no help at all

Get better customer service
I tried getting help to login back into my email from the customer service phone number and the lady helping was very unhelpful and unprofessional. She told me that my account was unrecoverable and then hung up the phone. She didn’t let me ask why or what I could do to get it back. I was able to login back into on my own, but I was left very frustrated because not only is the customer service not free, the customer care team did not try helping me in anyway.
