Extensive customer support
Yahoo should have an exclusive customer support mailbox.
Recently I faced a very bad experience and lost my old Yahoo account during mobile handset switch over. Can't receive my mailbox and ultimately has to open a new account.
In such situations if customer care mail id is available that will be easy to contact Yahoo.

It's very sad to write that Yahoo such big service provider not able to help me out in this situation...
