permission and refuse to let me use the same user name saying its already taken
I want access to my prior account that you closed without my permission then refuse to let me reuse the same user name saying its already spoken for which i know is a lie. I had my prior email for 20 years before you randomly closed it for no reason its bs honestly it was my backup email for everything and now i cant access any of my accounts

Hi. If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated. More info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/sln2018.html You will not be able to reactivate it or re-create the same email address, however, you can always sign up for a new Yahoo account at mail.yahoo.com. I'm sorry this is not the response you hoped for!
