Allow me to close an account I did not create.
A hacker stole my email and added a subscription which gives him total access to all of my emails. No-one will stop him. It’s fraud and Identity theft. I will look for legal ways to reach yahoo to remove the account.

I have changed my passwords all day and it is useless. I tried again, a few moments ago, and the password was accepted BUT there has been too many password changes on my account so I have to wait a few hours. This account is keeping me from securing ALL of my accounts. I love the employees attempts to listen and try their best, BUT they never escalate my critical need to someone over them. AOL helped me A LOT, today, and Meta finally secured my Facebook account. Yahoo, for me is a BooHoo.
