How about updating users information?
I have email receipts dated July 23, 2023 of updating my recovery phone number. Yet still today, your stupid software is still using my old number, as the ONLY WAY to verify who I am, even after entering the correct password. Your"free "help site's" chat bot could not do anything for my account except one thing, that's right, tell me to call the premium paid "get you in a continuous login loop then funnel you to our money grab" support site. I refuse since I have done everything as required, a YEAR AGO! Great job, another satisfied customer... what a joke!
