Could you make the size of each letter small first, and then allow the writer to increase its size rather than the other way!
It's annoying to have to start a sentence in the standard larger type size (the only option provided) and then have to go back to the "normal" size before you can continue your sentence. It's a pain and very unnecessary! Please fix this!!!!

You must know by now that there is a standard sized alpha character that most of us use when composing an email. So, make that the same form for all emails! If we choose to increase its size, then do so, but have a standard to begin with. Thanks!
