Trump administration or hegseth or Vance or one of trumps pets/puppetmasters hard to tell which sometime. But that's just my opinion.

They are saying the agencies/people, which i believe include Congress and the supreme courts and other federal judges, who have any kind of authority to reverse a presidents orders should be illegal and goes against the constitution because it goes against democracy itself. It denies the voters of what they want. Claiming that we voted for president trump so denying his orders is denying the public their rights. Blah blah more bull and attempts at manipulating what specific laws mean if even attempting to somewhat follow them at all.
From where I am sitting. An equal argument could and should be brought up as to why trump is exactly the reason we need these powers in place more than ever! Because if you go through the exact list of all promises trump has made to the entire US population during campaign in order to win the presidency, check that list and you'll see every single promise he made he broke in the most extreme ways! So when the United States citizens cast a vote for someone who manipulated and lied their way into the presidency, to escape a prison sentence that he was about to be sentences to. Has broken every promise and now is breaking the law disobeying orders from courts, Congress, and anyone else. They are letting him get away with punishing people who speak out against him. Ok now we have turned into china. He's created more racism and promotes destroying protected lands for profit, and is prioritizing how he can get his face on Mount Rushmore and gaining full control over voting instead of what Americans were promised. So it's not in any way violating our rights or destroying democracy or anything they have claimed. Because the president isn't representing America anymore. He's only concerned about himself and growing desperate as his presidency end is coming up fast, so he made his own deal with himself to drop a lawsuit with the IRS in return for never getting audited again. He's so desperate to avoid prison he needs to make sure the next guy in charge is the one who will make sure he's never punished and sent to jail. That's not representing America. Lots of that was speculation on my part sorry about my ADHD but their is truth in their that needs to be said by someone. I don't have any social media or any people in my life to post about it or talk to I can't show up and scream it back at whoever the moron is saying that is why the president deserves full power and authority.

He's carefully been slowly dismantling socially security administration but as his term is ending in two years and some of his more racist things haven't played out fully yet (like the private billion dollar detention facilities with the gas chambers instead of "suicides" and "health issues" (my guess -murder and neglect)

Now after already messing with snap and getting food stamps cut, he's getting more aggressive. Trying to enact laws that would make it so instead of accomadating us even in the most basic inconvenient ways they institutionalize us.
That's another wonderful thing to look forward to him certain the supreme Court will just as corruptly rule in his favor on.

It would make a really awesome article to compare exactly how out disability support and elderly support compare to the other top wealthiest and or most successful countries in the world, support this class of people. Which our system doesn't allow you to save more than 2grand for emergencies or for retirement or have a good life insurance policy for YOUR CHIDREN NOT TO EVEN YOURSELF, or you get cut off or highly reduced benefits, after already major changes to snap, i suddenly had my snap benefits cut from 130 dollars a month to 42 dollars a month also partly because of the COLA claw back.

SSA never actually pays out anymore money for COLA. They just take it back plus some from all your other benefits. If your monthly income goes up $30/monthly snap, heap, rental assistance all get cuts ends up losing money/resources needed to pay for essentials instead of that tiny tiny 30 extra bucks a month 1 days to 3 days worth of food maybe. Doesnt even buy a bag of cat litter anymore.

But anyway I did research about how well other well off countries treat their disabled and it is absolutely heartbreaking to see what the US has done compared to most others. But also not surprising considering we now have more of a government that's a hybrid of Iran and China mashed together to form a new nation . Trump Nation. Where racism wins only the rich get homes health insurance and healthy foods. And his own terrorist squad patrolling every state and every city under marshall law allowed to kill whoever whenever for whatever. That's what a future with trump looks like to me. Because every new thing he does is more terrifying then the last.

I never wanted to be or asked to be disabled. I loved my work and I was a prodigy because of it. Could have really gone places but one morning I woke up couldn't breathe when trying to get to my dresser collapsed.on the floor and accepted I was dying not knowing what happened I just woke up and was fine the night before. Covid ... 5 years later I'm trapped in bed with a cat for company. But now we bring treated like we are the reason for budget problems in government but it's supreme courts allowing the insane and uncalled for and irrational spending of money from not only taxpayers but dipping into every fund he can get his hands on and while hitting our highest ever debt for the US compared to what the US makes from sales each year.

Sorry for long email I can't help it i try to delete and make shorter and somehow always comes out worse than before lol. But between the ADHD ranting about trump (apologize if you are happy with him. Just personally I'm not but I don't ever judge or hold anyone's personal beliefs against them. I'm not an extremist just disagree with some of the stuff he is doing. It doesn't help you see another news article about him every single where you turn)
