Go back to the old email...I'm always having this problem with you butt heads because you want to "improve" the email on Yahoo....well if you don't reset my email back to the one I had I'm going with Gmail and taking all my **** over there...I've had about enough of your "new and improved"!!!!!!!!

SHAME on you YAHOO! The ONLY reason you have changed the email features is so you can start CHARGING us money for the older version.
Drop the fee for the older version of yahoo mail. I'll be going to google.

you can improve it by not blackmailing your members holdiong the inbox hostage so you can charge for an add free mail is BS
apparently you arent listning to the posts already listed but i have no loyalty to online services you start fucking around and ill switch plain and simple plenty of other free email services out there that dont hold you inbox hostage so you buy an add free "experiance"

Quite forcing me to accept your ads by putting me in the diarreah basic email.
Go back to letting people have their email the way it was. You never contracted with me to insist I had to allow adds on my email. Now that I've had yahoo since 1983 you think you can force me to watch your ads.

New Adblocker Restrictions - Basic Mail settings don't stick
RE: Ad blocker - New reversion to Basic Mail if used.
Hey, Basic Mail is fine. But it won't "stick". Keeps switching to Upgraded Mail. Then when I click anywhere, your Ad blocker notice pops up, forces the switch YET AGAIN (and again, and again)
FIX THIS.

Your ads are excessive and slow the workings of my email account. Now you won't let me block the ads and want me to pay to block the ads. NO
Decrease the amount of ads. Stop forcing people to do what you want us to so you can make more money and leave your service alone. It worked the way it was.

Forcing to change email service
White List Pop up ads will not make me BUY your product, it will force me to find another email service...something that will be really ****** after having the same email address for nearly 20 yrs.

deleted emails
twice in a week I am looking at my emails and poof it starts deleting them all! What is going on? I had to send another request to restore. Last time it deleted all the way to October last year now it deleted back to May last year. This is unacceptable.

Limiting basic mail features and holding the account ******* during a pandemic
Gotta hand it to Yahoo. Your timing is downright evil. Why choose a week into a pandemic to start limiting features to basic mail? You think I'm ******* now? No other options other than to pay for upgrading? I will remember your terrible attitude and customer service when I drop you for gmail. Or you could just give me my mail search features back.

Why is my email being whitelisted? I've been with yahoo for years so why change now? I do not need extra space.

I'm not going to whitelist you in adblocker. If you keep dropping features and making it harder to use, I'll switch to GMail.
Alienating customers is a bad idea. You have too many ads so I put on adblocker. Now you are cutting features and functionality. Keep it up and I'll switch to GMail.
