It looks like you all are again in a revenue crunch. I already pay a fee once a year for your email service. I've had an address with you all since the 1990s. I like you all. You're not behaving very likeably right now, with the ad vs. crippled account stuff, especially when I believe I've already paid for this year back in August. As a stakeholder, however minor, I want more transparent information, please. Not Marketing ******** (don't get me wrong, there's a time and a place for Marketing ... this isn't one of them). Actual financial reasons why. I don't have a problem paying a fee; I want to know why, and the services need to be improved, not just held steady, when I do so. Thanks so much!!
