open a new email account using just an alternate email address if I don't have a mobile number
I don't have a mobile number, want to open a Yahoo email account using an alternate Yahoo email address which was opened a long time ago and uses an alternate email address for recovery and does NOT have a mobile # attached to it BECAUSE there was no mobile #/No cell phone then either. I do not understand why this is a problem!!!!!

Stop forcing adoption of Yahoo Mail Pro
Your company recently notified me that my legacy Y! Mail account would no longer be able to forward emails without upgrading to a paid service. This is a failed policy in my opinion and one that is leading me to finally transition fully off of Y! Mail (and potentially all Yahoo! services/properties). Perhaps think about the economic impact of these decisions, especially where users have other options such as updating their email preferences to avoid the need for forwarding in the first place. This was a thinly veiled marketing attempt that just didn't draw me in.

May switch platforms thanks to ads.
I've been using Yahoo for almost a decade, and I'm thinking about deleting it and moving to another platform. I HAVE to use an adblocker because of the amount of ads and videos I'd get in some inboxes. Really sucks I can't use an adblocker for the ****** Yahoo Mail app. They recently updated the app and the ads are both BIGGER and more IN YOUR FACE by popping up between emails. How the **** am I supposed to scroll through my mail properly with randoms ads popping up everywhere?? I'm really starting to hate this platform.

Hello, Here is a problem
I try to use private browsing on my MacBook Air. Because it is private, to get in, you send me a code, either to my cellphone or to an email address not associated with yahoo because I cant get into yahoo , so it is sent to an old Email address that I seldom use, @hotmail.com
As a result of “ sending the 4 character code there” it is never received by me. I have done it several times.I do need to go into private browsing at times. I have succeeded until about a week ago.So, what is the solution?…146th ranked -
Why are Amazon emails being dumped into Junk?
All my Amazon emails are being automatically dumped into JUNK. It's been happening the past three months. I've contacted Amazon, but they say it's Yahoo Mail.

I have a question, WHY Every-time
WHY Every-time that I Log in Yahoo prompts me to request an Access code..?
I use the same computers as 5 of them but ALWAYS the same annoying thing, really it is Annoying to go through that every time, grab the phone look for the text read/write the code to read an email...

t logged into my yahoo mail since 2017 cos I couldnt restore my password, whatever I did - all was unsuccessful.
Tonight, I was lucky to finally enter my mailbox and what I saw was that all my entire mail has been deleted including all my e-mails, data, photo and etc.

Font size
Suddenly the font size is way too small with no way to adjust it. Very disappointed with this. For those of us who are older, this is just unacceptable.

unblock only if ads do not flicker
Only if Yahoo played advertisements that do not flicker, would I consider disabling the ad blocker. I appreciate the ads pay for Yahoo. But for medical reasons I cannot endure those flickering ads.

Better service experience idea
Please there should be an option to recover lost mails from my inbox. I just logged in after several months and discovered all my old documents and information are missing without an option to recover them. I feel frustrated. My email is nkasu22@yahoo.com. Can I still get my documents?

Ads too intrusive and of bad quality
The ads in the mail box are too intrusive and of poor quality, even if we take the time to dislike the ad, it is over and over again displayed... I know you need to make money, the mail service is free, but ads on the side of inbox should be sufficient!
