Why am I seeing ads in Yahoo Mail when I am paying for this service? I dont get ads in gmail!
Yahoo mail is becoming the "old" mail and if there are ads it will be phased out!

I agree with the complaints listed below. I pay for Yahoo Mail Plus, and, up until another "upgrade," I didn't receive spam emails in my inbox. Now I do, plenty of them, mostly about sex and male organs. Very disappointing, and Yahoo can do better! Clean it up, please!

I pay for Yahoo Plus and have "show deals" turned OFF but the "deals" show up anyway and take up half the screen. I cleared cache, closed the browser, restarted the machine - everything I know to do - and they won't go away! I can't read my email anymore without scrolling down and it's infuriating. I want this to stop or I won't be subscribing much longer.

My email ads have skyrocketed. I am switching exclusively to runbox. I have had it for 6 months and not one spam email to date

Once I started paying for Yahoo Mail I no longer got the ad banner on the screen and I really appreciated that Yahoo did a great job of blocking spam. Now that they have "upgraded" the service, I don't get banner ads, but instead I get Ad Emails by the dozens, plus obvious phishing SCAMS and ***** enlargement emails. For years and years I never saw this kind of junk in Yahoo mail. Now it's every day. I'm really disappointed.

It is like they added a double header to each email. It takes up space when there is not much to begin with. I have to scroll down just to read any content.
I am thinking I need to switch to something like the apple mail application to read my mail. I started paying years ago to get away from this cr*pp and now they are adding it anyway. Or just move off of Yahoo mail..... I have gmail, not perfect but they do not do this stuff.

BS customer service. I called to report ads in my inbox and got a run-around that was completely unuseful. Yahoo rep acted like had never heard of the problem or that it was isolated to just me. Looking in this forum I see I am not alone.

Yes, I'm getting ads today too, even though I upgrade every year. What's up with this? I hope they sort out their subscriber list quickly.
