    I can't view my emails without tons of clutter, such as starred emails popping up as a sidebar and no way to customize my layout.

    Agreed. This is extremely annoying. It should just be a feature... an option you could request in your search criteria, and should be simple to close once you've read it. There is zero benefit to having this remain on the screen.

    Yes, I'm getting ads today too, even though I upgrade every year. What's up with this? I hope they sort out their subscriber list quickly.
