Desperately need spam exemption list option
As is, there is no way to stop the spam filter from repeatedly catching legitimate emails. If I could edit a "spam filter exemption list", it would solve the problem. The Windows browser interface does not show quantities of unread emails in the spam folder so it's an insidious problem. I don't know when an important email has gone there unless I just keep clicking it like a robot. Also, flagging good ones as "not spam" does not prevent it from happening again. This is a true disaster for a business that needs to respond quickly to emails. I would leave the service but I have no good way to mass export thousands of emails in hundreds of folders. Please help !!! Thanks.

I have the feeling that nobody reads these complaints. Every time I come back here, I see the same issues in the same order, nothing moves.
It will be _extremely_ painful, but I will start to migrate to another email provider.

Yahoo, this issue has been around forever. It is still causing major pain for everyone who uses email for purposes other than just goofing around.
DO NOT put non-spam into the spam folder. FORWARD all mail even if you think it is spam.
(Also, please explain how a reply to my own email, from someone in my address book, is spam. Unbelievable.)

Same issue. I have added a contact to my contacts and email from that address is STILL getting marked as spam.

@Yahoo, is anyone reading the feedback? I have been seeing the same top ten issues for months if not years.
HELP, PLEASE!

I have emails forwarded from two accounts that do not come through and are being blocked. I don't see any way to allow them. This is a critical issue for me and I dread the thought of having to change emails but it may be necessary if I cannot get the blocking removed from these two sources.

Same problem. Let us switch off the spam filter.
I also have forwarding set up, but it doesn't forward emails that yahoo classifies as spam.
This is unacceptable.

Yahoo has already stated that it's SPAM FILTER is Primary. Clearly this can create problems.
Supposedly, if you add the Sender to your Contacts they should not get filtered into Spam.
THIS SHOULD BE TRUE. Unsure if it is in practice. -

I am having the same issue - please fix this asap. I have to essentially monitor my spam filter for good email everyday and even when I tell you its good, you still send future emails back to the spam filter.

I have the same problem. Fixing this is a MUST and should be TOP PRIORITY. Even when I have filters set to place emails from a certain user or domain in my Inbox, the spam filter overrides and I miss very important messages. Why should the spam filter take precedence over user's own filter??? This is UNACCEPTABLE and INTOLERABLE!

Great comment!
I also have no way of exporting 1000s of docs, pics, etc. from 25 years or I would have been out long ago!!
