Easy closing calendar, contacts panel on right side of screen (desktop/laptop)
When composing a new message, a panel pops up on the right side of the screen, showing a summary of activity with this contact. The screen also allows you to view other contacts or to look at your calendar.
I am a long-time Yahoo+ customer, and frequently use my Yahoo+ mail in a window that is smaller than full-screen. This allows me easier access to other applications on my computer.
Just show me how to close this panel if I no longer need it.
There is no obvious way to make this panel disappear, and to return the user back to the full window compose mode.

Agreed. This is extremely annoying. It should just be a feature... an option you could request in your search criteria, and should be simple to close once you've read it. There is zero benefit to having this remain on the screen.
