Yahoo wrote and said there was a fruad attempt on my account
But then didn't do anything about it or leave an email or phone number to call. I assume this happens to frequently to do anything about?

When asking for a phone number to send a verification code to, you should make it clear that the device needs to be capable of receiving TEXT messages. I tried to use a landline, expecting to hear a robot tell me my code, but never got a call.

Please take off Pride Evolution from my Yahoo feed. I don't think it is appropriate for Yahoo to determine what I have to have on my feed.
I can choose not to see certain things in the future in my news feed based on the content. Why can't I choose to shut off the Pride Evolution. I do not want it on my news feed.

Why can't I stay logged in any more?
Please re-instate the check box so that I can stay logged into Yahoo on my personal device as long as I want to.

I cannot generate an App Password!
Every time I click "Generate Password", I get a message "Something went wrong.Try again". Multiple attempts, different (simple) app names, no other indication of problem. Not great. Tried to find a way to report this, get directed to generic FAQs or paid support. Nasty.

I am closing my centurylink email only next wk. Using google for one acct. and Yahoo for another
I got a notice from you that I need to change my password for yahoo. This is really difficult for me to do since I am going to use google as another email. Actually creating one for JUNK and SPAM and the yahoo as my GOOD important email. It is sad that you allow such mis-information from individuals who are hired to say bad, negative things. It is sad when someone like me has a vested interest in something due to ME BEING SMART, not desperate, and I get my post deleted but the drivel that exists is so persistent. You can delete me for this but whoever monitors message boards for YAHOO is pathetic and obviously on a side other than the good side. Terrible service
After many years of using Yahoo as my email provider, I have never had a more difficult time getting into my email. I used to log in and it would ask me via a phone message if I was logging in and then usually gave me a 4 digit code for verification. No problem, did it for years. Now I have to go through a Yahoo app or a Gmail account for verification. Terrible

Confirming recovery email not possible if it is also at Yahoo.com
When I try to confirm my recovery email, a code is sent there. However when I try to get the code on a new tab, both tabs change to the recovery email account. Then, when I go back to the other email account, the code is invalid because I've lost my place and have to start over. It requires logging in on two different computers simultaneously in order to confirm my recovery email if both are @ Yahoo. Why are you making this so hard? I don't have this problem on Gmail.

I receive daily 3 to 4 spam emails
Daily I receive 3 to 4 spam emails in Yahoo which I never receive in my gmail account. these are the source for hacking mail account, having viruses in the system if we open such mails.
I suggest yahoo should look into it and avoid such unsolicited email to us which is big concern for all yahoo users hence this become secondary email and gmail considered as secured email . Please look into this issue seriously to improve credibility of yahoo.
