  5. Folders security

    I am user of alpergocmenoglu@yahoo.com email account. I archieve my important mails to my folders such as belgelerim, vakifbank etc. When I control my email folders I saw that all of folders are empty. I didnt erase these folders.Please recover my folders.

    Just want to say thanks to all involved in implementing two factor authentication. Much appreciated. Not sure how long it has been available on my yahoo email, but I just activated it and feel a lot more secure with it available. Thanks heaps. Sincerely from, Bruce

  7. how about a button to show how much space we're using

    You have recently mentioned limits on space and how they may be limited. It would be extremely useful to have an easy way to see how much space we are using and in particular what folders use what kind of space. I want to try to clean up my email, but this information would be very useful in that task. If you do put this into effect please notify people and make it not difficult. Thanks,

  12. Hacker adding their photo to my Yahoo account.

    Your IT department, seems to have designed a software program, that a Hacker placed a photo of themselves in my account. Because the way the system was written, I can not remove their photo, without replacing it with another photo. Which I do not want to do.
    I request that your IT department remove the Hackers photo from my Yahoo acount.

  16. Stop sending hundreds of spam daily!

    Make filters steps easier to be able to remove spam and prevent spam in the first place. Once removed, stop resending emails, as I receive hundreds daily and the majority are the same. I have been trying forever to eliminate them and unfortunately. have to review them daily, which is very time consuming, because I get a lot of emails in spam which do not belong. Very frustrating! I am sure YAHOO could do better!!!

  18. 2-step verification ask for Apps/Devices one may not have

    Have a land line. Not one of the options listed to turn on 2-step verification.
    I have to use the 2-step with another e-mail address (which cannot be Yahoo, else a deadlock).
    Thus, when I go to Security page to turn OFF 2-step it displays "Turn On".

    Plus another issue is
    For Privacy controls
    California privacy contols is "off".
    but
    Allow the Sale and Sharing of My Personal Information is "Don't Allow"
    and
    Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information is "Limit"

    In addition, why has Yahoo stopped allowing users to view the entire Feedback page/forum?
