  2. Subsribed Yahoo Users Should Not Be Declined by Yahoo When They Are Travelling In China

    Unable to use Yahoo Finanace App / Unable to access Yahoo Finance Pages.
    The following was my expeereince while travelling to China earlier in 2026 and 2025.

    Attempts to access Yahoo (app or webpages) would get declined when I was using a WIFI for the Internet connection. A mssage would pop up saying something like 'Yahoo does not provide services to users in Mainland China'. However, I'm a Canadian user paying an annual fee to Yahoo. It's not right that I would not use the service while traveling to China.

  4. Issue with my email

    Dear Yahoo Support,

    I am experiencing an issue with my Yahoo Mail account.

    I can log in to my Yahoo account successfully, but I cannot send or receive any emails.

    Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already tried:

    Reset my Yahoo account password.
    Removed and added the account again on my Apple Mail.
    Deleted unnecessary emails to free up storage.
    Tried using different networks.
    The error message I receive in Apple Mail is:
    "Cannot Send Mail. The connection to the outgoing server 'apple.smtp.mail.yahoo.com' failed."

    I also tested my account after changing my password, but the issue remains the same.

  6. An easy way to stop xrated emails.

    There has to be a way to stop all those male oriented disgusting emails that are in my spam folder. I'm not even a male. Do something to stop them. I've tried every filter I can think of and nothing stops them

  9. SMS verification codes are not delivered to Iranian phone numbers (+98)

    Describe your idea:
    Yahoo users with Iranian phone numbers (+98) are unable to receive SMS verification codes.

    This prevents users from logging in, recovering their accounts, and completing security verification.

    The issue appears to affect all Iranian mobile operators, and SMS messages are not delivered at all.

    As a solution, please consider providing alternative verification methods such as:

    • Sending verification codes via WhatsApp

    Providing these options would help users regain access to their accounts without relying on SMS.

  10. Support Multiple Yubikeys / 2FA methods to avoid account lockout

    You currently only let us set a single 2FA method.

    That puts as at a much greater risk of account lockout.

    It is standard practice when using Yubikeys to register multiple keys so that if one is lost you can access your account using one of your backup keys, and unregister the lost / stolen key.

    My personal info was hijacked for years now. This Account has been being used by people other than the owner. I’m Jonathan Wheet I just now figured out. I’m still trying to keep these people from Alabama from get control back of it. I saved all the data. There’s a tail from Cookeville. Phone number has changed. A few times. My number is +19315841871.
