  2. Don't make me pay to talk to you about security issues

    For two years, someone has been using my email address to sign up for newsletters and the link, flooding me with thousands of spam messages. The person is from Boise Idaho, a place I've never been. I'd like to talk to a human about this, but apparently that costs $4.95/month. Is there a reason I need to pay to talk to you about a security breach?

  4. Password Change / Verification

    When changing the password for Yahoo Mail, it only asks to enter the password once, and without logging back in. This is different than common procedure of changing a password. As such, the user might easily mistype the new password and not remember one.

  5. Horrible app and website

    I KNOW my password and username. Hasn't changed in over 20 years. This horrible excuse of a website or app won't recognize it. Aside from the outlandish liberal **** this outfit spits out their technology SUCKS

  6. Yahoo should double check their references for news articles

    In a referenced article on floor8.com about a women being taught a lesson because she wouldn't remove her bag from a bus seat next to her, my anti-virus software AVAST showed a pop-up about some MALWARE on that site - a pic of the pop-up is attached to the email sent to Yahoo support, and I will subsequently unsubscribe from your COVID-19 update newsletter.

  8. Stop saying "Me" in the To line of incoming e-mail

    When I see an email that says To "Me", it sounds like I sent it to myself and makes me think the sender is psyching me out. The correct term is "You" when the communication is from someone other than Me. I actually unsubscribed to emails saying "FWD: Me" cuz I thought the sender wrote that trying to get me to think I sent it to myself. Just put my name. That would be super appropriate.

  9. Fix the link between Yahoo and Outlook

    I don't know what you did, but all of a sudden i can no longer link my yahoo email to my outlook account. And no i do not want to use the yahoo interface - i use outlook for work so i need to use outlook on my computer as the prime interface. So i would like to link my yahoo account to that like i used to be able to do.

    So please undo whatever "improvement" you put in place that totally wrecked something that worked fine for years.

  10. Posting Factually Incorrect Opinion Pieces Needs to Stop (Rittenhouse)

    In recent weeks with the Rittenhouse verdict, Yahoo has been posting non-stop opinion articles written by left-leaning sources that include factually incorrect statements about the trial. These posts include numerous factual inaccuracies or outright false statements about the night in question and the trial itself that have been debunked countless times. Not to mention proven false in court. Furthermore, Yahoo does not allow comments on these videos effectively suppressing the speech of those who would choose to correct the fallacies in the various opinion pieces.   11. Unable to login on BlueMail app

    I can't login on BlueMail app for several days now. On attempt to login it says "use this code to connect and share your yahoo info with Blue Mail" but there is nowhere to put that code and it login to web mail inside blue mail. Can you sort it?

    When there are mobile phone that is used to sign in with fingerprint and screen lock. There should not be get a generated code especially when you are already signed in. When I use a certain browser on my certain mobile phone that is not listed under manage devices but it does show a mobile phone but the person who hacked all my accounts has the same device that is why my note 8 has a different name that I edited. then any other browser or device should not be allowed to sign in unless this mobile phone verifies it.…

    Yesterday a pop-up box opened while I was checking my e-mail and while trying to closed it something happened that I deleted all my inbox e-mails. Today I noticed a Drop Box email in my Spam folder. I can not report it as Phishing Scam. Yahoo is not as secured and easy to use as my Hotmail account. Instructions to report phishing scam do not apply because nothing shows up next to the Spam folder or Actions on the menu to report phishing e-mails.   19. About ready to dump yahoo because yahoo is for yahoos!!

    There is no adjustment for location that works! I could care less about the weather and promotions coming out of San Jose. I've been using Yahoo for many years but about ready to dump it and go back to Edge!!
