  1. Yahoo wrote and said there was a fruad attempt on my account

    But then didn't do anything about it or leave an email or phone number to call. I assume this happens to frequently to do anything about?

  2. EXPLAIN THINGS THOROUGHLY

    When asking for a phone number to send a verification code to, you should make it clear that the device needs to be capable of receiving TEXT messages. I tried to use a landline, expecting to hear a robot tell me my code, but never got a call.

  5. Stop clickbaiting

    Yahoo media feed is a clickbait mill of bits, attractively headed but the content is usually half written and only an iota of what the header lead to. Yahoo says they shut off it's comment section to create a safe Yahoo environment. "Safe" would be to stop publishing the rumor-inspiring, luke warm, non-informative half-truths. Or is that not possible due to the apparently intellectually hindered state of the "Associated Press" in-general? If Yahoo can do better, why doesn't it? Why be a cheap, *****-show? Is this really what the sponsors really want to pay for? If so; I'll take note…

    It would be nice if we could also limit what country someone can try to log into a person's account. I'm in the US and only in the US. So I should only be allowed to log in the US.

  8. I cannot generate an App Password!

    Every time I click "Generate Password", I get a message "Something went wrong.Try again". Multiple attempts, different (simple) app names, no other indication of problem. Not great. Tried to find a way to report this, get directed to generic FAQs or paid support. Nasty.

  12. I am closing my centurylink email only next wk. Using google for one acct. and Yahoo for another

    I got a notice from you that I need to change my password for yahoo. This is really difficult for me to do since I am going to use google as another email. Actually creating one for JUNK and SPAM and the yahoo as my GOOD important email. I have not cut off centurylink yet, not till next wk. but I figured I could everything set up when I do a mass emailing on people who I know and important emails and then gmail fo the junk stuff you know selling, advertising, non essential emails. what do I need to…

    I STILL YOU A COMPUTER BUT YOUR WEB PAGE ACTS LIKE A GD SMART PHONE AND WILL NOT GIVE ME A WINDOW TO ENTER A PASSWORD! FIX IT AND RETURN THE PASSWORD ENTRY WINDOW ON WEB PAGES ESP. SINCE A BLEEPING PC CAN NOT ACCEPT TEXT MESSAGES BECAUSE IT IS NOT A PHONE!

  15. Can you please stop displaying "notifications" on top of yahoo finance - ALL the time?

    Get off it, it's almost totally unusable, just like yahoo mail. I don't want all these notifications shown on top of yahoo finance content, please remove!!

  17. horoscopes are medieval superstition, don't send me this info

    I am a person of science and truth, please stop sending me info about superstitions. I am really upset that a company that I thought is serious and professional, endorses superstition. We'd be a better world if people only believe in truths and facts. Shame on you!
