How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

When I remove a recovery phone number, how about you ACTUALLY remove the number from my account?

I have removed a phone number from my list of recovery numbers about six times in the past couple of days and every single time, the person who is accessing my account uses the very same number to regain access and continue using the account with my name on it with impunity. So, how about you make it so that when someone removes a number from their account, it actually removes that number from their account?

    I keep seeing mail to a strange person on my Yahoo mail; changed my password but my Ph # is public as I'm a Realtor. I'd prefer to eliminate my ph # on Yahoo. ???
