recovery emails
An hotmail account that I don't use for long years is compromised. My yahoo acount is breached 3 times by using that hotmail account as a recovery email. Although I removed it from my recovery email list after first incident it keeps appearing there when I sign out and try recovering and bad guys exactly do the same. Why does a removed email keep appearing on recovery options?
