How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

says I didn't log in, but I have to keep account

I recently logged in, not even a month ago and yet yahoo is sending me a notice to log in or it will delete my account. What is really stupid, is yahoo is sending me the notice to the same account that i am supposedly not logging into, which doesn't make sense if I am actually not loggin into, but I am
