Privide a route to actually contact someone that can do something to help people
I already commented, or sent feedback, however I find that it looks like you are performing some kind of rating system on how entertaining my feedback was, or something. This is not helpful. I don't see how this is going to get me help. You need a real contact device and someone attending it. Otherwise it just makes yahoo look completely bogus.
