How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

Very disappointed in Yahoo Help!

I just want to remove an old account, that is "linked" to my new account. There is absolutely no support, unless you pay $4.99/month! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! If anyone else can help with this... Please share!
