How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

Why is my home page in Spanish!!!! Stop the nonsense! Why is all the news mostly about soccer and Mexico!!?? How can I change it back??

Go by preferences submitted, in my case U.S. and english, yet everything is spanish!! Please stop it and change it back!
