plz help in stopping unwanted emails

i dont want to recieve any type of promotional email in my id plz which i have never ever opt to recieve then also why i am recieving tonns of email which is only filling up my inbox

    when ever i open my inbox it is flooded with use less & unwanted mails plz stop it
