    there were messages from 2004-2006 but they do not appear to me, so i want to have them back

    I'm in the middle of a divorce from a very abusive husband. I need access to the emails that were recently deleted. My soon to be ex husband has hacked my accounts and erased so much info.

    Need my old mails back. They are memories that cannot be recreated. Please do something about that

    I am flabbergasted that Yahoo took it upon themselves to delete the ENTIRE CONTENTS of my mailbox!! How heartless! Valuable stuff GONE FOREVER!? During the Covid shut-down I had no access to a computer. This was a lifeline, but no more. With the thousands of words you put on screen for us to read regarding all your Terms of Service and Rules and Regulations, how am I supposed to know that this is your "policy"? Frankly, I am outraged. Doesn't this stuff go into a "cloud"? I still do not really know exactly what the cloud is, but I understand that they use it to retrieve information in legal cases, etc. So why not accommodate us loyal Yahoo clients and give us a break? Restore our emails!

    Same here. All old mails are gone!! Don't see any response from yahoo? Shouldn't be there any warning/ message to take a backup before they deleted all old mails.

    ********* Yahoo .... Had same issue ..lots of memories stored and they just deleted them all . gmail is the best .

    i looged into my yahoo account today and I am simply shocked to find that my 19 yrs of mails are all gone!
    please please put them back in

    Everything is wiped from mine, no old, no new, no saved and not even any spam!! This is an outrage. Did the gov't decide to snoop and wipe us all out?
