How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

I no longer have a HUAWEI G620S-L01 yet I can't delete it to enter my new mobile

Help. I am trying to delete an old mobile from my Yahoo account but Yahoo will not allow me to do this. It continues to send a sign-in code to a mobile that no longer exists. I want to enter my current Nokia information but am not able to do it. Can anyone help?
