    Help. When people receive an e-mail from me they sometimes get a nicknamed developed for Yahoo comments. It is confusing and people spam my e-mail. I have tried to delete the name, however, I can't find it in any of my settings. My nickname in my Yahoo personal info settings is correct. Though I have followed directions found on-line to change mysending name, I haven't found the old nickname any where in any of my settings. I tried to go to more settings to no avail. How do I rid my mail from this nickname that was never meant to be used for sending Yahoo mail?

    My best friends phone did a factory reset and when she tried to log back into her account she realized that she never updated her new phone number. Everything is connected to her email. Her work her recovery email address as well. Please is there any way we can recover her email since I have emails from both her email address and recovery email address?

    I need my name to be corrected from my personal profile. Anytime i send message to my clients, i normally see
    "moshood salawaudeen" with his picture, the name was one of my customer that i opened an account for 11 years ago and i link his email to seolaconcept@yahoo.com as his alternative email ever since the i tried to change my picture profile including my password. All proved abortive. I will appreciate if this abnormalities is been corrected. I used this email as a business email: seolaconcept@yahoo.com; First Name is Seola and Last Name is Concept.
    I will be grateful if this is corrected.

    I can not change my first name (and last name) for my mail...
    becasue - it is correct in my settings, but when I send an email - recipient see me - sender as "Erin Hunter" - I can not change it, becose my name in my setting is correct... :/

    I've been trying to correct my last name. It shows the correct name when I look, but when I send out messages the incorrect name still appears. How do I fix this?

    My last name that is showing when I send out emails is incorrect. I already corrected it in the Personal Info section, but nothing was changed.
