How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

Can't turn off Yahoo News e-mail notifications

I get e-mails from OpenWeb.com telling me that people liked or replied to my comments in Yahoo News. A link at the bottom of those e-mails purports to give a way to change my notification settings, but, it only goes to Yahoo News, with no obvious link, option, setting, etc., to turn it off. HELP!!!
