How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

I want my documents back.

i have not been to this email for quite sometime and now that I'm here i cant find anything in this email. All my documents are gone and cant be replaced. I need someone to try to figure out where they are and replace them. no one has the right to delete private things from storage. I put it there to keep them safe. find them so i can transfer to a storage disk. thank you.

    it been long long ago, i have requested that my Briefcase documents need to recover/ that documents was my life line / but i never been recover. that was time 2000 to 2005

    Without any proper notice or information so that we have an idea ,before what they did to our account. Most important our private files and mail. So then, we do our side then to make a backup..Thanks...Looking forward to most concerned person about this matters..

    I am also using my email since more than 20 years and now i lost my emails due to not sinning for 1 year. I also want them back since there are few important emails.

    This is outrageous! I regret not migrating to gmail, I have used this account for a decade and some years now only for me to login now and see that my files have been deleted, if you don't work on these recovering these lost emails am gonna sue because this documents/mails are very important to me

    My email address is - rweliwita@yahoo.com. I have been having this account for over 20 years now. I was not logging into this account for some time and one day, when I came back to it, all my stored documents (my Masters Degree related research papers and other assignments) and emails were removed, and my Inbox was reset. You broke my trust on Yahoo. Please restore all of those folders and emails that I had on this account. You should have backups of each email account. Thank you, Rishva weliwita

    This is outrageous!     Facing the same issue. Now I'm not able to receive email as well from relevant social accounts.
    Kindly do needful ASAP.
