Please help me to restore my email.

Please Help me to restore my documents in my email.
I have not been to my email for quite sometime and now that I'm here i cant find anything in this email. All my documents are gone and cant be replaced. I need someone to try to figure out where they are and replace them

    my account ahte_mba was hacked and today i recovered my account

    Please restore my old email contents jozs.band@yahoo.com. Everything is lost. It should not be deleted like this. Its suppose still remained there even not log in for quite some time.
