Notify customers that you will be deleting their entire inbox and provide a way to restore or download the data lost
Provide adequate warning to account holders that all of their personal information, photos, history will be deleted and provide a way for user to remedy or access the deleted info. I will be shutting down my yahoo account since an empty inbox devoid of all my history and data is of absolutely no use to me. I would rather use a more user centric mail service that prioritizes my experience.
