How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

Notice a stranger device has log into my Yahoo account.

My Yahoo email is my Facebook recovery email. My Facebook account was hacked, Notice a stranger device has log into my Yahoo account.

I suspect the stranger/hacker have access to my Yahoo to amend my Facebook preference. So now I can't access back to my Facebook account. Since they put in new recovery email for the hacked Facebook account. Pls adv what to do.
