How about you put information on how to reactivate an email that hasn't been used for 12 months
You have no information or help links on how to resolve an email account that has been deleted due to being inactive for 12 months. The cusomer care feedback is pathetic as it doesn't ask for reasons about why feedback is negative. The message in my email says to contact customer care if the email in box can't be reinstated but there is no option in customer care to deal with this issue you morons. Think how pathetic this is.
