I simply want to change my yahoo mail password and was sent into a loop, I clicked on Account Settings, but there is no change password opt
Give us clear directions on how to change password - check to make sure that Account Settings has the link for changing.
No option to change your password? - You might have Account Key on, so you'll need to disable it before setting a new password.

Same. This is frustrating, especially when I get alerts that my email is getting attempts at being accessed and I can't simply change my password.

Why is it so impossible to change my password? That seems like a basic thing I should be able to do with 2 clicks.

Even help says:
1) Sign in to the Yahoo Account security page. (this is a link)
2) Click Change password. But on the "Account Security" tab the link takes you to, there is NO "Change Password" to click.

How about putting an option to "change my password" right in the security section (you know, like any major email service would be expected to). Why cant I change the password on my phone either? Like seriously, there's no excuse for this level of stupidity.

Some people are loyal Yahoo! customers who do NOT use cell phones for health reasons. Let them change their Password without one. Revert to the year 1995. Is the ONLY way to login on a desktop without cell phone to delete already-entered cell phone info? Create new password. Then re-enter cell phone data. Tell us whether or not that would work?!

Make it easier to change passwords. I shouldn't have to go all over the place to figure out how to do so.

Don't make it so hard to find and change the yahoo email password. It's impossible to find. I managed to find it, but probably wouldn't be able to find it again if I had to. Then when I changed the password, it turned off the Account Key automatically, now I can't figure out how to turn it back on the way it was. I just wanted to change the password because others were trying to hack my account. Now that it's changed, I should be able to have certain things back to normal, but they are impossible to find.
