    This is my exact problem! My old messages of many years have been removed by YAHOO and I need a copy of them.
    I requested it a long time before but you are giving the access to the existing messages and not the removed ones.
    I do not know how to find a responsible person to hear my complaint?

    The same here, I also have not logged in for some time and now I see the inbox and other folders are empty.
    How is it possible with such a serious player as Yahoo?
