I need a device PIN/pattern/fingerprint to access my Yahoo Fantasy app. Why can't I find answers?

I can't access my Fantasy app because I need my device PIN/pattern/fingerprint.

    I'm having the same issue. The Yahoo Help page says to find the Face, Fingerprint or PIN section in the Security settings but I don't see it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Yahoo Fantasy app twice and it still keeps asking for a PIN that I never set up. I've also tried every possible PIN combination I have ever used in my life to no avail. Yahoo needs to resolve this issue ASAP as this is also impacting a lot of other users.
